• Property and Facilities Management
• Infrastructure - public works
• Construction and renovation of new and existing facilities
  • May include engagement and oversight of contractors
• Marketing and Leasing
• Tenant relations - including Army
• Public/Private Partnership creation and on-going oversight
• Project finance
  • Financial planning for real estate activities
• Community interaction and stakeholder engagement
• Prepares and manages annual departmental budget
