Functional Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate all public programs on site (educational, interpretive and recreational)
• Work with other departments and/or external agencies on any public programs on site
• Market public programs (in conjunction with overall Brand)
• Train public interaction personnel to further mission and Brand
• Serve as Deputy Director of Old Point Comfort Foundation
• Fund Raising
• Prepare and manage annual departmental budget
• Develop policies and procedures for public programs and events
