What is the Technical Support Manual?

The reuse plan adopted on August 2008 is complemented by a series of technical manuals providing detailed analysis and supporting documentation to guide reuse.

The technical manuals are working documents that will be updated as plan details evolve. They will supplement the understanding of the Fort Monroe Authority, the public, and other future decision-makers on plan details. However; it does not represent officially adopted ideas.

The format is primarily web-based, to allow easy access to materials. The Reuse Plan is presented in seven sections with the supporting Technical Manuals under each section of the reuse plan.
