Public Programs
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate all public programs on site (educational,
interpretive and recreational)
- Work with other departments and/or external agencies on any
public programs on site
- Market public programs (in conjunction with overall Brand)
- Train public interaction personnel to further mission and Brand
- Serve as Deputy Director of Old Point Comfort Foundation
- Fund Raising
- Prepare and manage annual departmental budget
- Develop policies and procedures for public programs and events
